How long will it take to find out if I'm approved for a loan?

In general, you should know whether or not you are approved for a loan within one business day. Make sure that your application was submitted correctly and that you retrieved a confirmation number when it was completed.

Can I take a picture of my check to deposit it?

The Credit Union does offer Mobile Deposits within our app. You must meet certain requirements in order to be eligible for this service, but it is available for all share types. Contact a member service representative to find out if you are eligible!

What is the credit union routing number?

Our routing number is 304083079.

Can I transfer funds over the phone to a different account?

Only if your name is on both accounts that you are transferring between. If you request to transfer funds over the phone to an account that your name is not on you will be asked to come into the Credit Union to provide a signature for this transaction. There is also an option to transfer between accounts in your online banking. Call us for more information! 

Do I need to call the Credit Union if I am leaving the state or the country?

It is always wise to alert the Credit Union that you will be using your Credit or Debit Cards outside of the state where you live. The Credit Union will only place a Travel alert on your card when you are leaving the country. This ensures your card can only be used in the country in which you will be traveling. 

Do you have any free ATMs?

Kellogg Credit Union does have a completely surcharge-free network of ATMs available for its members. Visit the ATM locator or use the ATM locator in your App to find the surcharge free ATMs closest to you.

What is the limit for ATM withdrawals?

Your daily ATM withdrawal limit is $505.00. This includes fees, so be sure you are using a surcharge free ATM on our network in order to avoid them.
