Sign up for E-Statements through online banking! On the main online banking page click on "e-statements". Then click "Agree" to sign up! If you need assistance please give us a call at 402-593-2680.
Only if your name is on both accounts that you are transferring between. If you request to transfer funds over the phone to an account that your name is not on you will be asked to come into the Credit Union to provide a signature for this transaction.
It is always wise to alert the Credit Union that you will be using your Credit or Debit Cards outside of the state where you live. The Credit Union will only place a Travel alert on your card when you are leaving the country. This ensures your card can only be used in the country in which you will be traveling. The Credit Union also offers an App called CardValet that can be used for both your Credit and Debit cards, nationally and internationally. With CardValet you can set Location Controls for your cards. CardValet can be found in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
Kellogg Credit Union does have a completely surcharge-free network of ATMs available for its members. Visit the ATM locator or use the ATM locator in your App to find the surcharge free ATMs closest to you.
Your daily ATM withdrawal limit is $505.00. This includes fees, so be sure you are using a surcharge free ATM on our network in order to avoid them.
